Sales Manager (B2B Freelance) – RealAdvisor
About the Role

We are actively seeking a self-driven, high-performing B2B Sales Specialist to grow our client base, collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and drive revenue through consultative sales—a role offered on a freelance basis (business activity/facturing model).
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting: Actively identifying and engaging new potential B2B clients
- Handling inbound leads & opportunities: Managing pipeline from SDR-generated contacts
- Presentations & dealings: Conducting commercial pitches and local or online meetings
- Negotiation & closure: Finalizing agreements and securing contracts
- ** Pipeline management**: Tracking and tracking conversion progress across the sales funnel
- Consultative sales focus: Highlighting client value by integrating RealAdvisor’s offerings into client needs

What We Look For
We seek an ambitious, results-driven individual with a strong sales mindset and the following strengths:
- Metrics to target
- 60+ monthly commercial presentations
- At least 30 sales meetings finalized per month
- 5+ new clients acquired monthly
- Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent Polish (mother tongue or advanced level)
- A strong plus if you have prior experience in the real estate sector
