Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline and accelerate growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, acting as a strategic consultant to identify pain points and introduce our innovative tech solutions. This is a pivotal position for a motivated professional looking to sharpen their sales craft within a fast-paced environment and build a foundation for a successful career in SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-value discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to create personalized outreach that resonates with decision-makers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and the competitive B2B landscape.
  • Manage and update all activity within the CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • A resilient, "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously.
  • A coachable mindset and a desire to evolve within a high-growth sales organization.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience selling B2B software or technical solutions (SaaS).
  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft).
  • A background in lead generation or market research within the tech industry.
