About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded **Business Development Representative (BDR)**to help accelerate our growth in SAP ERP solutions and services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing sales team and play a key role in driving new business across enterprise and mid-market organisations.
You’ll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers and helping businesses deliver value through SAP technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage a pipeline of organisations that could benefit from SAP ERP solutions and services using research tools
- Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, systems landscape and transformation goals
- Carry out pre-event outreach calls to invite and confirm attendance at Birchman events.
- Conduct post event follow up calls to attendees and prospects.
- Execute outbound calls to prospective organisations as part of targeted campaigns.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate engagement.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and specialists to move opportunities forward
- Book and coordinate discovery calls, demos and workshops
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM system
- Stay up to date with SAP innovations and market trends to enhance outreach messaging

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation (could include placement work)
- Exposure to ERP systems or enterprise software (experience with SAP is highly desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about business processes and technology
- Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud
- Experience working within a consulting, technology, or SaaS environment
- Understanding of core business functions like finance, supply chain, or operations
