The Opportunity To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a Business Development Representative. The opportunity reports to the Area Vice President and will play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound prospecting efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our dynamic BDR team, where your contributions will directly impact our growth and success. Key responsibilities include: Qualifying leads from variety of lead sources and marketing campaigns Contacting prospective and current clients for qualified sales opportunities Achieve or exceed activity metrics (enrolements, calls, emails, on time steps, etc.) Staying up to date with new services/products and plans Presenting information to clients to gain agreement to continue sales process Participating in sales and or marketing meetings Maintaining customer info and records in SFDC Setting up meetings for clients and executives Reporting to the business development management when required You are Energized in fast-paced environments At your best when given the freedom to explore new approaches Inspired by making a difference to the way the world works Excited about creating work environments that are inclusive for everyone Interested in operating in an honest and feedback-driven culture Humble and ready to make mistakes, learn from them together and grow as a Neat team Hungry to win, while remaining conscious of doing right by your colleagues and customers Happy to be based in our Amsterdam office 4 days per week. Your Experience Native level English with a second and preferably third European language (French / Spanish / Italian) Previous history of consistent achievement of goals or targets Ability to manage a large number accounts, activities and strategies to penetrate target accounts Ability and or experience to communicate with C-Level over email and phone Working knowledge of SFDC, Outreach, and ZoomInfo Desire to learn and grow in a hyper growth environment Work in a collaborative environment with the desire to help build a World Class BDR organisation Time management, the ability to optimise activity to exceed target goals
