Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of the Tech and SaaS landscape. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying high-potential B2B prospects and initiating the conversations that drive our expansion. This is an opportunity for a proactive communicator to master the art of modern sales within a dynamic, tech-forward environment while setting the stage for a long-term career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking. Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target B2B accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. Articulate a clear and compelling value proposition to pique interest and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Maintain meticulous records of lead activity and interactions within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies based on market feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role specifically within the B2B SaaS or Technology sectors. Strong understanding of modern sales tech stacks and CRM management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations. A resilient, self-motivated mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas. Ability to quickly learn technical product features and translate them into business solutions for prospects. Experience using advanced sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong). Demonstrated success in a remote or hybrid sales environment. A strong professional presence on LinkedIn and experience with social selling.
