We're Hiring a Business Development Representative
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join a B2B software company expanding its commercial team in London.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between the company and its future customers.
This role will focus on generating leads, creating opportunities and building relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the top end of the sales funnel, creating a high-quality pipeline that fuels growth
- Identifying and engaging targets according to company's ICP
- Opening conversations with decision makers and speaking with senior stakeholders
- Building strategic target lists and executing outreach
- Creating opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and outbound campaigns
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into customers
- Becoming an expert in the company’s product, market and customer pain points
- Using GTM tools, data, and AI to improve workflow
- Feeding market insights back to product and leadership to shape GTM strategy and positioning

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years experience in a BDR or SDR role (SaaS startup experience is a plus)
- Highly motivated, ambitious and confident communicator
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Compensation
- £50-60k OTE (uncapped commission)
- Equity options
- Additional benefits include optional private health insurance, personal wellbeing budget and L&D allowance
