## Chief Account Executive (Outbound Sales) – Klipboard FSM

### About the Role: Set Up the Future of Field Service Relationships
You’ll be the first point of connection for Klipboard FSM—engineering meaningful conversations and building excitement for our clients. In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Senior Sales Executives, unlock opportunities, and adapt our sales playbook to expand the Klipboard ecosystem.
This role is ideal for hunters with contagious energy—those who thrive in dynamic environments and thrive on problem-solving, dynamism, coaching, and relentless forward progress.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting
- Engage prospects at scale using emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and creative channels to spark curiosity.
- Craft outbound campaigns that cut through the noise and generate convincing leads.

Pipleline Creation
- Book warm meeting opportunities with potential clients for our Senior Sales Executives.

Qualification & Handoff
- Evaluate and qualify inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
- Use our proven frameworks to drive meaningful dialogue, then continuously refine our approach.

- Outbound Empathy:

- SaaS Baseline:
- 1+ years of outbound SaaS sales experience (field service, enterprise solutions, or tech distribution a plus).
- CRM Fluency.
- Coachable Mindset:
- Embrace feedback and a "try, track, and learn" model—progress over perfection.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with ** Buyer Personas**, Intercom, or similar tools.
