🧩 What You’ll Do

- Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate meetings and create qualified meetings for AE’s to attend (Mainly phone). A good rep will use AI to identify key talking points, key reasons to reach out, and issues companies are facing to drive urgency.
- Work closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities with strong context, clear next steps and useful commercial insight.
- Support the UK sales team in building pipeline within one of Temper’s biggest growth verticals.
- Keep Salesforce and Salesloft accurate and up to date, ensuring activity, notes and next steps are logged properly.
- Learn Temper’s sales methodology, buyer personas, value proposition and objection handling so you can progress towards owning more of the sales cycle over time.
- Consistently hit activity, meeting booking and qualified opportunity targets.
🌈 What Success Looks Like
- You are consistently generating qualified meetings with logistics, warehousing and industrial prospects.
- You consistently use AI to identify efficiencies and improve your outreach.

- You are building the foundations to progress into a Junior Account Executive role.
- You move fast, stay organised and take ownership of your number.
🤝 Your Future Team
You’ll join a high-performing UK commercial team, working closely with the Head of Sales and Account Executives to drive Temper’s growth in logistics, warehousing and industrial markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
