Business Development Representative

About Scoro

Scoro is a leading AI-powered professional services automation (PSA) software built for consultancies, agencies, IT firms, architecture companies, and other professional services businesses.

It brings projects, resources, and finances together in one system, so there’s no need to juggle multiple tools for planning, tracking, and billing. Our software helps teams boost productivity, reduce repetitive work, and focus on what really matters – delivering value and driving growth.

Today, we’re trusted by more than 1,600 customers and over 20,000 users worldwide. Our team of 130 people is spread across the globe, with our largest office in Tallinn, Estonia, a smaller hub in Riga, Latvia, and remote team members in the UK and the US.

About the role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK!

As a BDR at Scoro, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities to drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include booking outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking or events.

You’ll engage with key decision makers to qualify leads for sales conversations and work closely with the wider marketing and sales team to turn prospects into qualified opportunities.

This role is an ideal fit for you if you feel best connecting with prospects over the phone and describe yourself as ambitious, optimistic and results-driven.

Our UK team is working fully remote, but meeting occasionally for events and twice per year in Estonia for Global Week.

If this sounds interesting to you, send your application. We don’t have a set deadline and will begin reviewing candidates immediately.

What you'll do

  • Generate opportunities: Book outbound meetings through cold calling, email outreach, social channels, and networking.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives and the wider marketing team to move opportunities further down the funnel at the right time.
  • Nurture prospects: Engage C-level and Director-level stakeholders, earn trust and nurture relationships through sharing timely educational materials, event invites and more.
  • Own your work: Keep track of your active pipeline and potential opportunities to ensure timely reengagement or lead capture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
