Business Development Representative (BDR)
London | £30,000-£35,000 + Uncapped Commission | Full Training Provided
Are you ambitious, motivated, and ready to launch a successful career in tech and B2B sales, even if you've never worked in sales before?
Our client is looking for confident, driven individuals to join their growing London-based team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a genuine entry-level opportunity designed around attitude, potential, and transferable skills, not prior sales experience.
If you're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, learning new skills, and being rewarded for your performance, this could be the perfect opportunity to start your sales career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conducting discovery conversations and understanding business challenges
- Qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Learning core sales skills including prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling
- Working towards achievable targets with ongoing coaching and support

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation
- A proactive mindset and strong work ethic
- The ability to build rapport and engage with people from different backgrounds
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sport, recruitment, or other customer-facing environments is beneficial but not required
