Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Capital Equipment)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: North of England (hybrid)
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities
- Business development / sales of Capital Equipment, including Redirooms, Disinfectors, and Pods System
- Handle the whole sales cycle (Generating leads, cold business development, approaching hospitals with no contacts or relationships)
- Carry out onsite trials and demonstrations
- Put together bespoke commercial proposals
- Following this lots of procurement work
- Organise and carry out training of hospital staff (band 1-8 NHS staff)
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business / Sales or related field
- 3+ years' of sales or business development experience
- Knowledge of Infection Control or Microbiology
