Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Resource to help us grow our client base. You will identify potential clients, reach out to them on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and assist in generating leads for Brainix’s software development services. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management in a tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients for Brainix’s services.
  • Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist in generating and managing leads, including follow-ups and tracking responses.
  • Support the founder in creating proposals, pitches, and client communications.
  • Maintain records of outreach and results to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate to brainstorm and implement innovative client acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience with freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork) and LinkedIn.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and tech startups.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in client outreach.
