  • Analyse and understand your prospects’ Talent Development and Recruiting needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives and support opportunities through to closing.
  • Actively contribute to lead generation through attending TA-focused events (organized independently or with support from the Marketing team).
  • Monitor industry trends and experiment with new prospecting methods to continuously improve your performance.
  • Be happy to adapt your working schedule throughout the week to accommodate speaking with US clients.

Your Objectives

✅ Generate a high volume of qualified sales opportunities and exceed your targets.
✅ Maintain rigorous pipeline management through to conversion.

✅ Help form the AF community in these two regions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How you’ll do it

  • You thrive on competition: pushing yourself and helping the team improve is part of your DNA.
  • You’re a powerhouse of energy: your enthusiasm is contagious.

  • You’re proactive: you test, adapt, and innovate. You don’t wait for instructions to move forward.
  • You go above and beyond. You’re not satisfied with hitting targets: you look for ways to raise the bar, improve processes, and create opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • You bring solutions, not just problems. When something isn’t working, you think critically, suggest alternatives, and take ownership of finding a better way forward.
  • You know how to upward manage effectively. You communicate with clarity, provide the right level of context, and help your manager and wider team stay focused, informed, and aligned.
  • You make decisions using logic and reasoning. You’re comfortable explaining your thinking, challenging assumptions, and using data, insight, and common sense to guide your actions.
