Business Development Student Interns (UK – Remote)
Location: Remote, UK
Type: Part-time Internship
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible around studies
Hiring Multiple Candidates
We're looking for proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Student Interns to join our UK team. These fully remote positions are open only to students currently residing and studying in the United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated students to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and account support while working with top enterprise clients and senior freelancers across Europe. You'll be working closely with our business development and account teams, helping us grow our client base, support existing accounts, and refine our sales strategy as we expand globally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify potential clients and new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Play an active role throughout the sales funnel — from initial lead research to follow-ups and opportunity conversion
- Prepare and contribute to presentations, proposals, and reports to support client acquisition and account management
- Support preparation for client calls and meetings, and participate to observe and learn about enterprise sales processes
- Support ongoing client accounts by coordinating communication, follow-ups, and delivery updates
- Participate in internal strategy meetings, contributing ideas to improve outreach, client engagement, and overall BD effectiveness
- Track and analyze key sales and performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and enhance team processes

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in university, having completed at least one full year of study
- Ideally entering your second or third year of a Bachelor's, or beginning a Master's degree in a relevant subject (Business, Management, Economics, etc.)
- Previous internship experience is not required — we're looking for students who are eager to learn and contribute over a longer-term placement
- Genuine interest in business development, B2B sales, and working with enterprise clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Salary
The starting salary is £500 per month, with the potential for increases based on performance. In addition, there is a commission structure in place, offering further earning potential linked to business development outcomes.
