Business Development Support Executive

If you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, building great relationships, and making a real impact on customer experience, this role puts you right at the heart of our Business Development operation.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Business Development Support Executive to join our Bravo Business Development (BDM) team. You’ll be the engine behind our sales activity — supporting our BDMs, engaging with our members, and helping us deliver a “Member First” experience every time.

This role will require travel on occasion for team meetings and events across the UK, probably once per month.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our members feel supported, informed and connected to our BDM team. From managing enquiries to preparing MI reports, coordinating activity and owning your own panel of members, you’ll help us deliver fast, accurate and friendly service that strengthens our insurer, broker and member relationships.

If you enjoy variety, communication and being the go-to person who gets things done, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • BDM support — providing day-to-day administrative and operational assistance
  • Meeting follow-ups — ensuring actions are completed accurately and on time
  • Member, insurer & broker enquiries — responding promptly and professionally
  • MI & reporting — preparing and distributing MI packs and performance reports
  • Relationship management — maintaining strong working relationships across our network
  • Systems training — delivering training and support on Bravo systems and processes
  • Travel & logistics — arranging travel, accommodation and meeting coordination for the BDM team
  • Sales support — assisting with campaigns, presentations and business development initiatives
  • Member panel ownership — managing your own panel of members and maintaining monthly contact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
