About Us
Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory company with employees across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Spain, and Dubai. We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams across wealth planning, tax, compliance, and operations.
As the business continues to grow across Europe, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Team Leader to join Team Horizon and support the continued development of our Associate team in London.
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Team Leader with business development experience to manage the day-to-day performance, activity, and output of the Business Development Associate team based in our London office, while continuing to contribute directly to business development activity themselves.
The team supports international advisers in multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, identifying and engaging with prospective high-net-worth international clients and booking qualified meetings for Private Wealth Advisers.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role. Alongside leading, coaching, and developing the Business Development Associate team, the successful candidate will remain actively involved in business development activity, including prospecting, outbound calling, follow-up, and generating qualified meetings. The role will therefore combine personal business development contribution with team leadership and performance management.
This role will report to the Regional Manager and will play a key part in driving activity, maintaining standards, improving conversion, and ensuring the team operates with clear structure, energy, and accountability.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business development experience who is ready to step into a leadership role within a growing international wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Manage the day-to-day activity, performance, and output of the Business Development Associate team in London.
- Monitor KPIs, call activity, outreach volumes, meeting bookings, conversion rates, and adviser support levels.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
- Support the Regional Manager for Europe in driving consistency, accountability, and commercial focus across Team Horizon.
- Form part of the local leadership team and join weekly Team Leader calls led by the Regional Manager and Regional Director.
- Help embed strong habits around prospecting, follow-up, pipeline management, and adviser communication.
- Identify underperformance early and support appropriate improvement plans where required.
- Lead by example by remaining actively involved in day-to-day business development activity, including prospecting, outbound calling, and meeting generation.
- Balance personal business development responsibilities with the leadership, coaching, and performance management of the wider team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
