The Role
As a Business Development Trainee, you'll gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship building, communication, and commercial development while working alongside experienced mentors.
You'll develop a strong understanding of how businesses grow, how lasting client relationships are built, and how effective communication drives commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing client brands through customer-focused marketing campaigns
- Building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering excellent service
- Developing business development and commercial awareness
- Learning how to identify opportunities for business growth
- Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives
- Handling challenges and objections with confidence and professionalism
- Participating in daily coaching and business development workshops
- Contributing to a positive, ambitious, and high-performing team culture
