Our multi-skilled engineering team can maintain most manufacturer's mechanical firefighting systems. We're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the fire Mechanical division. As a key player in our sales team, the main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio fire mechanical systems service contracts to a range of existing customers and new business customers within the UK. Job Description Reporting into Fire Mechanical, as the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for Growing Our Net New Service Portfolio as well as increasing current customer portfolio within the UK Drive new business sales, identifying and engaging prospects directly Manage existing accounts and strategically grow portfolio Research and uncover customer needs, creating urgency and compelling value propositions Prepare persuasive proposals that inspire change and deliver clarity to customer stakeholders Build strategies for prospect engagement across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, events) Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to progress opportunities through the sales funnel Share insights and contribute to team success across the wider sales organisation Manage performance through CRM systems and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets Uphold company policies, compliance, and health and safety standards This is a home-based role, covering the UK.
