We are hiring a Business Director to help shape the future of global brand building for one of the world's leading consumer brands businesses. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of a global transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams to create brand platforms that drive growth across markets, cultures and channels. You'll play a central role in defining strategic direction, championing creative excellence and unlocking the power of integration across creativity, media, data and technology. What you'll be doing
- Lead and champion global brand-building programmes that create consistency, relevance and long-term value across international markets.
- Partner with strategy and creative leaders to develop compelling brand platforms rooted in human insight and cultural understanding.
- Build trusted relationships with senior global stakeholders, helping shape strategic direction and drive organisational alignment.
- Ensure global strategies provide clear frameworks while enabling local teams to create culturally relevant executions.
- Advocate for socially informed and social-first thinking, helping brands connect meaningfully with people and culture.
- Drive collaboration across Publicis Groupe capabilities, bringing together expertise in creativity, media, data and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support the evolution of globally recognised brands by balancing commercial objectives with creative ambition and brand effectiveness.

- Strong experience leading global or international brands within a creative, integrated, brand or communications agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and steward brand platforms across multiple markets and regions.
- Deep understanding of modern brand-building principles, including distinctiveness, consistency, cultural relevance and long-term effectiveness.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and building productive relationships across global and local teams.
- Ability to translate strategic thinking into clear, actionable direction that supports excellent creative work.
- Appreciation of social-first and culturally led approaches to brand building.
- A track record of delivering commercially successful, creatively ambitious and scalable solutions.
