Are you a Group Account Director or Business Director from a B2B marcom agency background looking to take on a broader leadership role where you can drive growth, lead senior client relationships and own a business unit?
We're partnering with a leading integrated B2B marketing agency looking for a Lead Consultant to take ownership of a newly created specialist business unit focused on Cloud, IoT Connectivity, Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity markets.
This is more than a senior account leadership role.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
- Commercial growth, revenue, forecasting and profitability
- Strategic direction and leadership across complex global enterprise B2B accounts
- Defining and directing GTM accounts, working with internal marketing, sales and wider teams to execute growth plans
- C-suite client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement
- Integrated marketing programmes across brand, content, creative, digital and demand generation
- Team leadership, development and capability building
- Industry visibility through thought leadership, events and market engagement

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong integrated B2B agency experience - currently working as a Group Account Director or Business Director within a B2B integrated, marcom or demand generation agency.
- Experience leading global enterprise B2B tech clients
- Commercial ownership across growth, forecasting, profitability and new business
- Expertise across brand, creative, content, demand generation and integrated marketing
- Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders
- Knowledge of Cloud, Connectivity, IoT, Cybersecurity or Enterprise Technology markets (highly advantageous)
