Business Director, Rolling Minds

Location: Notting Hill, London (W10 5BN)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive base salary and annual performance bonus

About Rolling Minds

Rolling Minds is an award-winning experiential agency specialising in food and beverage-led brand activations.

We create unforgettable experiences that bring brands to life through exceptional food, drink and live experiences. From immersive product launches and large-scale festivals to conferences, VIP hospitality, roadshows, sampling campaigns and bespoke brand activations, we deliver experiences that people genuinely remember.

We've partnered with some of the world's biggest brands, combining creativity, flawless execution and operational excellence to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Business Director to help scale the agency, grow the team, develop long-term client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future of Rolling Minds.

The Opportunity

This isn't a corporate Business Director role. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to help build something special.

You'll work directly alongside our Founder, helping shape the commercial direction of the agency while leading new business, growing key accounts and developing long-term partnerships with brands and agencies.

The experiential industry is built on relationships, trust and reputation - not transactional sales. Success comes from understanding clients, nurturing relationships over time and consistently delivering exceptional work.

We're ambitious, fast-paced and genuinely care about the work we produce. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants to help build an agency they're proud of.

This is a genuinely hands-on role. One day you'll be pitching to a global brand, the next you'll be attending an activation, introducing new prospects, developing proposals with the wider team or helping solve challenges on-site. No two days are ever the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
