Business Director – Contract (Media Agency) πŸ“ London

We're recruiting on behalf of a brilliant media agency client, renowned for its invention-led planning and stellar reputation in the industry, happy people, happy clients, happy profitability is at the heart of everything they do.

This is a 3-month contract (with a view to extend), covering a variety of exciting client accounts across the holiday period alongside a number of live pitches. Based in London, 3 days/week in office.

The role:

As Business Director, you'll lead a team and drive excellence in strategy, planning and client management, building strong senior client relationships, championing feedback and development, and leading new business opportunities across a portfolio of accounts.

What we're looking for:

  • βœ… Proven experience operating at Business Director level
  • βœ… Exceptional omnichannel capabilities across brand and performance, ideally full-funnel
  • βœ… Strong leadership skills with the ability to flex style and build high-performing teams
  • βœ… Excellent client servicing skills and the commercial astuteness to manage contracts, scope and forecasting
  • βœ… Entrepreneurial flair β€” always looking for the next opportunity for your clients
