Business Director – Digital Strategy & Development

Salary: to £80K + benefits | Hybrid (3 days p/w in office) – London

If you want to sit at the intersection of performance, data, and transformation and actually shape how clients evolve their digital capability, this is that role.

You’ll be the senior bridge between activation and long-term transformation, driving immediate performance gains while building the roadmap for what comes next across data, tech, measurement and media.

Ideal for someone with cross-channel paid media experience coupled with data strategy and transformation exposure to clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as senior client partner across performance and digital capability development
  • Build and evolve digital development roadmaps across data, tech, measurement and activation
  • Translate strategy into delivery, embedding new capabilities into day-to-day execution
  • Lead experimentation frameworks that drive measurable performance improvements
  • Connect performance, data and tech teams into a single coherent growth approach
  • Identify and unlock commercial opportunities through new solutions and initiatives
  • Influence senior stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts into business impact

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong cross-channel performance background with a clear understanding of how media drives outcomes
  • Comfortable operating between hands-on execution and high-level strategic direction
  • Experience building capability roadmaps across data, measurement, automation and AI
  • Proven consultative approach with the ability to structure and solve client problems
  • Strong stakeholder management with credibility at senior client and internal levels
  • Solid programme management skills across multiple workstreams and teams
  • Clear understanding of how performance, data and tech integrate to drive growth
