Business Director, Social & Influencer Strategy

Location: UK (Publicis Groupe) | Type: Full-time | Req. No.: [TBC]

Company Description

Influential UK is the next evolution in creator-led growth. Connecting Publicis Groupe’s global scale with Influential’s proprietary AI and conversion technology, we deliver what no other agency can: Truly connected influencer and media strategies, and creator-led campaigns that influence real-world outcomes.

Our team operates within one of the world’s largest agency networks, combining agility, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit with the resources, reach, and capabilities of a global powerhouse. This allows us to build faster, think without limits, and set new industry standards.

Our mission: To influence culture, our teams must reflect it. We seek people who are obsessed with the intersection of social and creator culture, bringing a unique perspective to help us create award-winning work for world-leading brands like Mars, Coty, Disney, and Sky.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Director, Social & Influencer Strategy to shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognised brands. This hands-on senior role requires you to blend strategy and execution—transforming global briefs into social and influencer-driven work that genuinely connects with audiences.

Your impact will span clarity-driven operating models, high-profile campaigns, and leadership across cross-functional teams. If you thrive on building efficiency while elevating strategic thinking, this role offers ownership, visibility, and measurable impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
