Business Enablement Manager

Business Enablement Manager – London

Location: London Salary: Up to £90,000 + benefits Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in London office)

A leading wealth management business is appointing a Business Enablement Manager to support their London region in a senior, commercially focused business management role.

About the Role

You will work closely with regional leadership, Investment Managers, Relationship Managers, and operational teams to:

  • Drive business performance
  • Support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure regional efficiency and effectiveness

This isn’t a pure project management role—while you’ll be involved in change and business improvement, your core focus will be on:

  • Commercial enablement
  • Stakeholder management
  • Operational leadership

The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially sharp, and confident—someone who can: ✔ Read the room and challenge sensitively ✔ Build credibility in a relationship-driven wealth management environment ✔ Influence senior stakeholders effectively

Key Responsibilities

You will partner with leadership to deliver regional success through:

  • Business Growth & Performance

    • Support operational and financial targets (revenue, client acquisition, productivity)
    • Work with front-office teams (Investment Managers, Relationship Managers) to enhance business performance
  • Strategic & Programme Oversight

    • Oversee new product, regulatory, and operational model changes for regional readiness
    • Manage annual business planning, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
  • Operational Leadership & Issue Resolution

    • Escalation & problem-solving for regional operational challenges
    • Enhance collaboration between leadership, client-facing teams, and central functions
    • Maintain governance, resourcing, and local execution across projects and initiatives

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Financial Services Experience

    • Preference for wealth management, private banking, or investment management
  • Commercial & Leadership Skills

    • Strong business performance mindset and commercial acumen
    • Experience driving change, business planning, or regional business management
