Engagement Specialist (Commission Only)
Location: UK-wide (Remote/SE London office)
Contract: Self-Employed
Hours: Flexible

We’re hiring two entry-level BES on a self-employed 100% commission-only basis—ideal for anyone launching a career in finance and/or with the flexibility in their existing role to take on extra activities and boost their earnings. Success here is driven entirely by your activity levels, so if you’re self-motivated and hungry to earn uncapped commissions, this could be the perfect role for you.

Who You Are
- A natural connector: you light up at the idea of introducing yourself and instantly building rapport

- Career-minded: you’re either launching your finance journey or you’ve honed customer-oriented skills in telephony, retail or service roles
No financial background? No problem—we’ll teach you every product, script and outreach tips you need.
What You’ll Own
- Pipeline ignition: conduct targeted research to identify high-potential UK SME and property clients, then engage them with a strategic mix of email campaigns and phone outreach to schedule 25–50 discovery calls per week
- First impressions: craft concise, compelling outreach messages that stand out in crowded inboxes and on the phone
- Lead stewardship: log every touchpoint in our CRM, track progress and refine your messaging based on real feedback
- Introducer outreach (10% of your time): cultivate relationships with a select list of accountants, solicitors and advisors
- Growth mindset: join optional virtual events, team huddles and skill-share sessions to hone your craft
