In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. As a Business Excellence Coordinator here at JLR, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and the effective delivery of business processes across the organisation. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate initiatives and use data-driven insights to enhance performance, efficiency and customer outcomes. Your work will support JLR's commitment to delivering world-class products and experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Support the delivery of Business Excellence projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed quality, cost, and timescale requirements
- Build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of EPMC to drive alignment, engagement, and successful delivery of objectives
- Support business planning, policy deployment, and performance management processes, ensuring strategic priorities are embedded within scorecards and operational reviews
- Coordinate project governance, meetings, and reporting, providing clear updates and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Lead and drive employee engagement activities through a standardised engagement and recognition cadence, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Translate complex strategies and workstreams into clear and engaging communications, presentations, and visual materials for diverse audiences

What You’ll Need
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and associated tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders and support decision-making
- Expertise in KPI reporting, scorecard development & deployment to end users, and performance dashboard creation
- Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Track record of delivering strategic projects on time, within cost and quality parameters
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills, with flexibility and the ability to work across multiple plant locations when required
