About the Role

As a Finance Specialist, you’ll navigate clients from initial inquiry to completion, identifying the most suitable funding solutions. This is a consultative, telephone-based sales role focused on:

  • Building trust with business owners
  • Assessing funding needs
  • Delivering seamless service with precision

  • Application Coordination: Guide clients from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in commercial finance (brokerage/lending/banking).
  • Deep understanding of multiple finance products.
  • Telephone-based sales excellence with a high-close ratio.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-volume pipelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable with FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly.
