Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and confident graduates to join our team as Business Graduate Account Representatives. This is a relationship-focused role combining business development, account management, and client relationship building.

From an early stage, you will take on real commercial responsibility, developing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth, while receiving structured training and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

The role involves regular communication with clients, attending meetings and industry events, and proactively identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing leads and self-generated prospects.
  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
  • Proactively generate opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Represent the business at industry networking events and conferences.

Account Management & Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Take responsibility for managing a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Prepare proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Progress opportunities through regular follow-up and communication.
  • Ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.

Personal Performance & Development

  • Learn and apply the company’s proven business development processes.
  • Keep accurate records of activity and opportunity pipelines.
  • Work towards personal performance goals and team objectives.
  • Continue developing commercial awareness and professional communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000 – £35,000 base + performance-based bonuses (OTE £40,000 – £55,000+)
