JOIN OUR TEAM
We are recruiting for a Graduate to join our team on a full time permanent basis. Initially during a 15 month programme, you will rotate across 5 business units, in the UK and abroad to gain a better understanding of business, sales, engineering, and economics.
Trainee Program
As a trainee, you will gain deep insights into various areas of MAN and abroad. In our team-oriented performance culture, you will take on responsibility right from the start. With your ideas, you will advance our projects of the future. Together with your mentor, you will design your trainee program individually to fully develop your potential. You will become part of our team and help shape our future through real enthusiasm, passion, determination, and courage.

ROLE SUPPORT
This Graduate role will support the business to understand new technology and business strategies including, but not limited to, automation, digitalisation, and our target on zero emissions.
Flexible Working
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way so you will have the flexibility to manage your time between the office and home.
Onboarding
Onboarding will start September 2026 at our Head Office in Munich, before a week with other Traton Group Trainees in Sweden. You will then return to the UK where you will start your induction with your manager.
You will be allocated a senior leader as your mentor, who will be there to guide and support your journey. Additionally, you will experience international experience in other MAN countries, as well as collaborating with other trainees during an agile project week, production week, and exchange opportunities.
RIGHT TO WORK
You are required to have the Right to Work in the UK and we are currently unable to offer sponsorship at the end of the placement.
