The Role
As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development. Being a Growth Analyst at Fever means working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring. Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
Who You Are
At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role. Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy. Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions. Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience. Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Being an advanced English speaker is a must, and if you speak Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, it will be a plus. Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
