Business Growth Executive
Homey.co.uk is looking for a motivated and confident Commission-Only Sales growth Representative to help grow our network of estate agents and mortgage brokers across the UK. Your role will involve reaching out to estate agencies and mortgage brokers, building relationships, and introducing them to the benefits of partnering with Homey.co.uk. You will be responsible for generating new client sign-ups and helping expand our presence within the property industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, property, or financial services. The role offers uncapped earning potential with recurring commission on successful client instructions. Requirements: Previous sales experience preferred (B2B, property, recruitment, or prop-tech services experience is a bonus) Confident speaking to estate agents, mortgage brokers, and business owners Self-motivated and target-driven Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and following up leads Professional and organised approach to sales activity Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the wider team £100 per instruction from successful client sign-ups — paid for life Uncapped earning potential Ongoing training and support provided Modern office space in Paddington available to work from Flexible working structure Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing property platform Supportive and entrepreneurial team environment
