RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Insight Analyst

In this new role you'll play a key role in delivering data-led insight that supports Group Operations transformation priorities, helping the business make better decisions, improve customer outcomes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and turning analysis into meaningful business insight. It's about much more than reporting numbers or building spreadsheets. You'll uncover trends, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities, helping stakeholders understand the "so what" behind the data and translating findings into clear actions and recommendations that have a tangible business impact.

We're keen to hear from candidates with a variety of backgrounds, so if you have relevant transferable skills, strong analytical capability and a curious, proactive approach, we'd encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver actionable insight to support Group Operations transformation initiatives to make a measurable impact on results
  • Unpick complex business problems through data analysis, providing evidence-based insight and recommendations
  • Support business case development and benefit tracking for digital and operational improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve customer and member experience
  • Provide insight to support digitalisation, remote fix performance and entitlement containment activities
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories, recommendations and actions for senior stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with operational leaders, digital teams and other business functions to contextualise data insight and understand root cause

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
