We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Systems & Operations team.
The Role
This is a role for someone energised by the connections between how the business sells, how it serves customers, how it runs operationally and makes money, and who wants to use AI to make those connections faster and clearer than ever.
Every function at Reachdesk sees a different slice of the company. You'll be the person who sits across all of them, using available data and reporting outputs from relevant systems, helping leaders apply consistent commercial and operational definitions when interpreting business performance, and helping leaders see the picture none of them could have produced alone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations to understand the decisions they're each trying to make.
- Work with available data from commercial, finance and operational systems to produce insights that connect different views of the business.
- Use AI to compress synthesis from days into hours, and to keep our framing of key metrics consistent across functions.
- Tell the story behind the numbers in a way that lands with whoever's in the room, commercial, financial or operational.
- Create lightweight summaries and repeatable insight outputs so teams can keep answering their own follow-on questions.
- Experiment with AI-assisted insight workflows, prompt patterns, evals and lightweight automations, and share what works across the team.
About You
- 2–4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role with exposure to more than one function.
- Fluency in at least two of: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), operational (throughput, fulfilment, cycle time).
- A genuine AI-native working style; you already use LLMs as a core part of how you think, and you're excited to keep pushing.
- Strong written and verbal storytelling; you can adapt your framing for a CRO, a CFO or a Head of Operations without missing a beat.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools. Working knowledge of SQL is useful but not essential.
