Business Insights Analyst – Remote Role
Reachdesk
A truly end-to-end global SaaS gifting and swag platform which helps B2B companies create meaningful connections that drive measurable ROI.
At the core of Reachdesk’s mission: gifting is more than a transaction—it’s about meaningful human connections that fuel business growth. For prospects, customers, or employees, our platform enables the delivery of personalized gifts, branded swag, and experiential delivers at scale via automated sourcing, storage, and global delivery.
Reachdesk is trusted by tech and SaaS leaders globally, integrating seamlessly with marketing, sales, and HRIS technologies. Our team operates out of hubs in New York, London, and Lisbon and we’re scaling. We’re hiring a Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Systems & Operations team.
The Role
This role is for someone who thrives on cutting across business functions—weaving together how Reachdesk sells, services customers, operates, and achieves financial success. You’ll be the person who prioritizes AI-fueled clarity in extracting insights for leadership, no task too trivial or too big.
It’s a true cross-functional vantage —no other role in the business offers the same holistic view across all functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify and align on their key decision-making needs.
- Extract data from commercial, finance, and operational systems, transforming disparate feedback into cohesive insights.
- Leverage AI tools to surface actionable insights from days’ worth of data to just a few hours, ensuring consistent metric definitions and synthesis.
- Translate numbers into compelling narratives—tailored for C-level executives, finance teams, or senior operational leaders.
- Build lightweight dashboards, repeatable frameworks, and summary reports to empower teams with self-service follow-on analysis.
- Lead the experimentation of AI-assisted workflows, evaluate prompt variations for efficiency, and battle-test incidental automations before pushing best practices system-wide.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
