At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Vodafone Partners is a division of Vodafone focusing on building partnerships across the telecommunications industry that create shared success and growth. With 27 partners across 40+ countries we stand on decades of experience in a wide variety of situations and combine real world knowhow with cutting edge technology. Or as we like to say - creating progress through partnership.

The Business Insight manager role exists to create clarity, confidence and control in commercial decision-making. The role owns the Vodafone Partners Salesforce instance and the commercial pipeline, ensuring that live data, processes and outputs are analytically robust, consistently applied and decision-ready. Sitting at the intersection of commercial operations, governance and business analysis, the role translates complexity into insight and insight into action.

Through disciplined pipeline ownership, strong business analysis and clear narrative, the role enables senior leaders to prioritise effectively, forecast with confidence and intervene early where risk emerges, shifting the organisation from reactive reporting to proactive commercial management.

You will be an integral member of the Vodafone Partners team, working closely with Partner managers and functional leads, and internal Vodafone stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
