The Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering advanced reporting and dashboarding solutions that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining reporting and dashboarding solutions using Funnel, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
- Managing BI projects from initial requirements through to delivery and optimisation
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all intelligence solutions
- Translating complex datasets into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and dashboard functionality
- Leveraging AI tools, including Claude, to enhance reporting capabilities and workflow efficiency
- Supporting internal knowledge sharing, best practice documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to new business opportunities and analytical discussions where required

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics
- Hands-on experience using Funnel, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
- Strong SQL experience
- Proven ability to build scalable, user-focused dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring high standards of data quality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting insights to a range of audiences, including senior decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to balance technical delivery with commercial objectives
