TrinityBridge is scaling its insight and reporting capabilities to support the next phase of growth.

With strong senior sponsorship and an open approach to change, we’re building data-driven tools and processes that enhance decision-making across the business.

This 12-month Business Intelligence Analyst role offers the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to insights that shape executive-level thinking. This role offers direct exposure to Executive Committee level stakeholders, a high-performing team environment, and meaningful opportunities to build your technical and commercial skillset.

We are seeking an individual with proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, experience working across functions including Finance, Technology and the Front Office and the ability to transform data into clear, actionable management information.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting suites to support performance management, decision-making, and business insight.
  • Leverage SQL and other data tools to extract, analyse, and interpret data from key business systems and sources (SAP & Snowflake).
  • Support the design and enhancement of Management Information (MI) frameworks and reporting packs used by the Executive Committee.
  • Partner with FP&A colleagues to identify key performance trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Promote data quality, governance standards, and best-practice data management across the function.
  • Support the Finance function through the implementation of a new finance system, helping to develop robust reporting, analytics, and management information capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, reporting methodologies, controls, and governance processes to ensure consistency and transparency.

Regulatory responsibilities | Compliance/T&C

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
