Are you a BI professional and Power BI expert who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?
We're looking for a BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting some of the largest workforce and talent solutions programmes.
This isn't a reporting role where you'll simply produce data and send it on. We're looking for people who can analyse trends, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders understand the "so what?" behind the numbers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for key customers
- Analysing workforce, spend and performance data to identify trends and insights
- Working closely with customer teams, PMOs and business stakeholders
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests and business priorities
- Using SQL and Databricks to access and manipulate data
- Helping improve reporting automation and data processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
