Join Us at WWF-UK - Business Intelligence Analyst

Are you passionate about using data to make a difference? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help WWF-UK turn trusted data into clear insight, practical reporting and better decisions for nature.

You’ll join our CRM & Data Services Team, using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Apteco to help colleagues understand performance, improve supporter engagement and identify new opportunities.

About the role

In this role, you’ll work with teams across Fundraising, Communications, Finance and Technology to translate reporting and analysis needs into accurate, accessible dashboards, reports and insight.

From supporter income modelling to campaign reporting and self-service dashboards, you’ll help build a stronger evidence base for decisions that support WWF-UK’s mission.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and improving Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations
  • Using data from multiple sources to support analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Working with colleagues to understand requirements and turn them into useful insight
  • Championing clear metrics, consistent definitions and high reporting standards
  • Providing guidance and support so teams can use reporting tools confidently

What we’re looking for

You’ll be curious, accurate and collaborative, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical insight for non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
