Business Intelligence Analyst | Peterborough (Hybrid) | 🕐 Full-time | 🌍 Global Organisation

Turn data into insight that drives global impact

Are you a data-driven analyst who thrives on turning complex datasets into meaningful insights that influence business decisions? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Analytics team at CIPS.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data is used across a global organisation, supporting performance, decision-making and continuous improvement.

About us

The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is the world’s leading professional body for procurement and supply, with over 70,000 members worldwide. With a Royal Charter, we’re driven by a clear purpose: to raise standards, build capability, and support ethical, high-performing supply chain professionals globally.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll help deliver reliable, easy-to-understand reporting that supports teams across CIPS to better understand performance and make informed decisions. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, Business Analysts and data colleagues, you’ll develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, bringing together data from different sources into clear and useful insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
