Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at Lidl your input will be crucial in driving business impact through data and insight.

Our Head Office Controlling Department is looking to recruit an analyst to join their Business Intelligence team on a 23-month fixed term contract. In this role you will support internal stakeholders and senior management by delivering outstanding insight to generate business value that exceeds stakeholder expectations. If you are excited to help build something new, with the support of the world’s fourth-largest retailer, we’d love to hear from you.

The Business Intelligence function is tasked to support the whole business; therefore, you should expect to work on diverse projects, which will impact decision making across the entire business.

In this role, you will also be working closely with our Data Science and Management Accounting teams who are co-located in our office in south-west London.

At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
