Are you passionate about using data and insight to drive better decision-making and organisational performance?

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into meaningful insight, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

Closing date: 28th July 2026 (11.59pm)
Interview dates: W/C 10th August 2026
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

The Role

This is a varied and impactful role where you will work with colleagues across the organisation to develop insight, reporting and analysis that supports evidence-based decision-making.

  • You will help stakeholders understand performance, identify emerging trends and evaluate the impact of our work across a range of regulatory and organisational activities.
  • You'll contribute to reporting and insight relating to areas such as pharmacy registration, fitness to practise activity, inspections and assurance programmes, organisational performance, and trends across the pharmacy profession.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability, good SQL skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, accessible insight.

The Successful Applicant Will:

  • Have experience contributing to a business intelligence, reporting or analytical function, using data from a range of internal and external sources.
  • Be comfortable analysing and interpreting complex information and communicating insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Have good SQL skills and experience using reporting or business intelligence tools to extract, analyse and present data.
  • Have a strong understanding of data quality principles and approaches to data quality improvement.
  • Have experience of supporting the development of new reporting processes, systems or ways of working.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and collaborative working skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Have experience managing or responding to data requests, including prioritising queries, producing ad hoc analysis and identifying opportunities to improve or automate recurring reporting.
  • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

We are a respected regulatory body that regulates pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacies in Great Britain. We work to assure and improve standards of care for people using pharmacy services.
