We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help put data at the heart of our business. Working with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure and Databricks, you'll develop reporting and insights that help our restaurant and support teams make better decisions every day.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and support Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Manage and administer Power BI environments.
- Analyse sales, labour, margin, guest and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial and Marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues.
- Drive improvements in self-service reporting and visualisation.

Essential
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Strong SQL, Power BI, DAX and Power Query skills.
- Experience administering Power BI environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
