We’re looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insight that drives smarter business decisions.
Working with growing volumes of data, you’ll collaborate with both technical and commercial teams to design and deliver impactful reporting solutions. Using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SAP, you’ll create dashboards and reports that provide clear insight into performance, trends, and opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency, identifying commercial opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our BI strategy, including data governance and ensuring trust in company data.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, performance-driven reporting and data queries
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and the Fabric ecosystem
- Review and optimise existing queries and reporting processes
- Maintain data quality standards, including validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and improve service delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring where needed
- Support testing and implementation of new systems

Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL, SSRS, and Power BI (Fabric experience desirable)
- Experience analysing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, analytical approach
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how BI supports business performance
