Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager

Regional Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager

About the Role

As a regional Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will enable data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, analytics, and market intelligence to your region. You will partner with global stakeholders and across regions to optimise commercial performance and support brand growth, with a specific focus on the UKI & ANZ region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and actionable business insights
  • Analyse complex data to support strategic decision-making for field teams to senior management
  • Develop and track business performance metrics and KPIs
  • Lead data exploration, forecasting, and market analysis activities
  • Support product launches through pre- and post-launch insight planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, regional, and global teams
  • Manage external data providers and optimise analytics tools
  • Drive continuous improvement in business intelligence processes
  • Maintain and develop dashboarding solutions for field teams, local brand teams, and regional leadership
  • Forecast volume and sales for the budget process and latest estimates in collaboration with Finance

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data interpretation
  • Proven track record of delivering market insight projects across product lifecycles
  • Experience with forecasting (including patient and volume-based models)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience working within matrix organisations and across stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Next Best Action solutions and AI implementation in analytics and forecasting (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
