Business Lecturer

Business Lecturer (BTEC) – Tottenham & Enfield Centres, London

About The Role

As a Business Lecturer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching of BTEC Business and related subjects
  • Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring relevance to industry standards
  • Providing pastoral and academic guidance to support student success
  • Inspiring and motivating a diverse range of learners

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role until 3rd July 2027.

About You

We’re looking for a candidate who:

✔️ Has proven experience as a Business Lecturer ✔️ Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the BTEC Business curriculum ✔️ Excels in communication, organisation, and classroom management ✔️ Is committed to inclusive, learner-centred teaching ✔️ Holds a teaching qualification (or is eligible/dedicated to obtaining one) ✔️ Is confident delivering to diverse learner groups ✔️ Passionate about inspiring and supporting students’ progress
