About the Role: Lecturer in Business

As a Business Lecturer at Capital City College Group, you’ll:

  • Deliver excellence in teaching for A-Level Business (AQA syllabus) and help students thrive -contribute to dynamic curriculum development
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to learners at all stages
  • Inspire and nurture students so they achieve their career aspirations

About You – Key Requirements

We seek a committed professional with:

Essential:

✔ Proven teaching experience across relevant business curriculum levels ✔ In-depth knowledge of the FE sector, including key policy developments & trends ✔ Strong classroom management & communication skills ✔ A passionate dedication to inclusive teaching and learner-centred education ✔ A recognized teaching qualification (or a commitment to obtaining one)

Desired:

🔸 Confidence in motivating a diverse range of learners to reach their full potential 🔸 Correlation between your industry background and the business education you’ll deliver
