Business Line Manager - EMEA | Process Technologies | Pharmaceutical Markets Engineering | Product Management | Commercial Strategy South Wales base
We are supporting a global engineering manufacturer in the appointment of a Business Line Manager - EMEA to support the growth of a market-leading product portfolio serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious engineer or commercially minded technical professional with 2–3 years' industry experience to develop a career in product management within a major multinational. Working alongside the Global Business Line Manager, you'll gain exposure to commercial strategy, product development, international markets, and business leadership.
The Role

- Supporting the development and execution of product strategies across EMEA.
- Analysing markets, customers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Supporting pricing, profitability, and business development initiatives.
- Assisting with new product launches and product life cycle management.
- Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and R&D teams.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across international markets.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with the potential to become a future commercial leader.
You will ideally have:
- An Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred); a Master's or MBA would be advantageous.
- Around 2–3 years' experience in engineering, product management, technical sales, applications, or business development.
- Strong commercial awareness with an interest in product strategy.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The drive, curiosity, and ambition to develop within a global organisation.

Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or process industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
