Your Role
As a Business Management Graduate, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. Through hands-on involvement, you will gain insight into business planning, performance analysis, and project coordination, helping to drive company growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing market data and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure projects are delivered effectively
- Conduct research and help prepare reports on business performance and key metrics
- Contribute ideas during meetings aimed at improving processes and results
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Business Management or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, adaptable approach and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
