Your Role

As a Business Management Graduate, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. Through hands-on involvement, you will gain insight into business planning, performance analysis, and project coordination, helping to drive company growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with analysing market data and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure projects are delivered effectively
  • Conduct research and help prepare reports on business performance and key metrics
  • Contribute ideas during meetings aimed at improving processes and results
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management team
